Return & Exchange

For Eligible Items we may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 21 days from the date it was shipped to you or you have 10 days to return an item fom the date of reciept.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging.

Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But if you're unhappy with the quality, or if we've sent you the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and arrange to collect the item from you and either give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or replacement. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number 01638 - 260260  which remains open 11am-7pm IST on 6 Days (Monday to Saturday).

Customers should look to the item's product detail page or their order history to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the aforementioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the live sale page very carefully.


Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows :

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags.

(b) Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as hangers, hang tags, shoe boxes, authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.

(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(d) All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.

How many days?

You have 10 days to return an item from the date of receipt. 

How many times can I return/replace an item Per Order?

Only once per order. The replacement is applicable only once per order. Replaced product won't be replaced again.

Partial Returns?

Partial return is acceptable.

Can I get a cash refund If I am not satisfied with the product ?

We offer bank credit only. 

In case of damage, we will give you a full refund.(full refund is applicable only if the product gets damaged while transportation/ the product package is tampered/open). In such cases, you need not accept the product from the courier executive and immediately inform us. We will give you a full refund after inspection. 

Note: We will refund the amount within 10 working days.

The mode in which we will receive the payment the same mode it will be refunded.

How do I return?

1) Let us know you wish to return

We will get in touch with you within 48 hours. 

2) How the product reaches back to

Buyer needs to send the item back to us through a reputed courier/speed post.  

Self Return

  • You must pack the item safely
  • You must write the address correctly (We will inform you the address through mail.)
  • You can either send it through speed post or any other courier.
  • The Shipment must be track able through internet.
  • Email us an image/screen shot/ scanned copy of courier receipt.

You need not worry about the courier charges to ship the item back to us. We will refund the  courier charges paid by you ( Max is Rs.100 ).  

Points to be noted:

  • No exchanges or returns on items marked under Deals.
  • Our 10 days return policy is not applicable for E-gift vouchers, combo offers, Deals and Final sale products.            
  • Cash on delivery charges are non refundable.
  • In case of self return, the shipping charges will be credited to your bank account. ( Maximum is Rs.100 )
  • No refund is applicable in case of damage of products due to negligence/carelessness from your side.

(f) In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at for further assistance. All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 10 - 15 days depending on the extent of alteration required. takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when approves it.

(g) All Specially Made orders are non-returnable.
